The Phoenix IDA is governed by a nine-member Board of Directors. The Board holds public meetings regularly and pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.02, all notices of the meetings of the Board of Directors and any of its committees will be posted on the Phoenix IDA’s website and with the Phoenix City Clerk’s Office. Such notices will include information about the location of the meeting and the matters to be discussed.
