The Home in Five Advantage program helps low- to moderate-income individuals and families buy a home in Maricopa county. Homebuyers receive up to 5 percent assistance for down payment and closing costs, plus a loan with a competitive interest rate.
The Maricopa and Phoenix IDAs have provided down payment assistance since 2012 through the Home in Five Advantage program. The program has helped approximately 22,600 (as of 2020) homebuyers achieve the American Dream of homeownership.
